Before you choose

Read the description, dimensions, materials and manufacturer’s instructions. Check clothing size charts and any made-to-order or delivery conditions. Ask us before ordering if a detail is unclear.

Payments and pricing

Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not currently registered for GST and do not charge GST. Delivery charges and the final total are shown before payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Looking after your purchase

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use, cleaning and storage. Check product-specific instructions rather than assuming every material or device can be cared for in the same way.

Order changes or a problem with an item

Contact us promptly if you need to change an order, or if an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered. We will check the order status and explain the available next step. All returns go directly to the relevant supplier. Contact us first for the correct supplier return address and instructions before sending anything back.
